Hao Yabo, an acupuncturist at Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is the only post-90s doctor in the medical team. At the end of 2022, his son was born, and at this time, he was in Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic, thousands of miles away from home. "I'm so happy to be back in my home country!I can't wait to go back and hug my son. Hao Yabo said excitedly.

Hao Yabo's foreign aid is very fulfilling every day, diagnosis and treatment work in the hospital, doing a good job of teaching, and carrying out traditional Chinese medicine cultural exchanges in the local area. Hao Yabo hopes to keep acupuncture techniques in Central Africa, and he tries his best to do so. He practiced the spirit of the Chinese medical team with his own actions, and he also gained a lot of touches. What touched him the most was when the patients learned that he was about to leave, and they gave them a picture of Central Africa, which marked the place where Hao Yabo worked, and the map was surrounded by local plants and scenes of local life. "I think they want me to always remember that I worked in this place and not forget the scenery and people of this place. Hao Yabo said.

Before returning to China, Wang Jia, a radiologist at the First Hospital of Jiaxing City, expressed his expectations to reporters. A few days before she came back, she was busy handing over the members of the 20th batch of Chinese medical teams to aid Central Africa, and she was still a local patient. "When I handed over the keys to the new team members, it was like handing over the baton to them, and I hope that they will continue to serve the local people with heart and affection, continue to tell Chinese stories with practical actions, and be good messengers of friendship and friendship. ”

Wang Jia said that in the past 18 months, she has gained a lot, and the biggest gain is that due to the serious, responsible and sincere work attitude and performance of the medical team, she has received the trust and praise of local colleagues, people and compatriots, and has established a deep relationship with local doctors and residents, which are precious and priceless.

Stepping on the bus back to Jiaxing, Guo Jianwei, a laboratory doctor from Jiaxing Second Hospital, was very excited. "As soon as you set foot on the land of the motherland, that familiar and intimate feeling will come to you, and perhaps only when you go abroad can you feel the strength of the motherland more strongly. ”

When he signed up for the 19th batch of Chinese medical teams to aid Central Africa last year, Guo Jianwei felt that this was an opportunity to practice his medical oath and fight for the cause of human health, as well as an opportunity to sublimate his heart and exercise his will. In the local area, he is not only a laboratory doctor, but also a part-time member of the team. The child's veins are very thin, and he is also afraid of infusion injections, which increases the difficulty of the medical team, in order to alleviate the child's fear, he will give some candy from China as a small gift to distract the child's attention and make the infusion more smooth.

During his one-and-a-half-year stay in Central Africa, Guo Jianwei has developed a deep relationship with the locals. Before leaving, he was still the assistant of the laboratory department, Gadielle. After a period of hard study, Gadielle has been able to communicate in Chinese for simple daily conversations and introduce herself in Chinese. "I hope that she will continue to work hard to learn Chinese and have the opportunity to study in China in the future." ”

Guo Jianwei said that what he wants to do most when he returns home is to spend time with his family. I hope everyone is free from illness and good health.
