After these two events, I stopped believing in any religion, and even made me more and more disguste

Since I was a child, I was not interested in religion, whether it was Buddhism, Taoism, Western ** religion and so on. In the past, I didn't like or oppose these things, but after experiencing two things from the people around me over the years, I began to stop believing in any religion, and even became more and more disgusted!

The first thing happened to a female classmate of mine in high school, who was a very obsessed Buddhist.

When she was studying, we didn't necessarily know what faith she had, but we only knew that she was a very diligent student, and she was also admitted to a normal school, and after graduation, she became a primary school teacher.

But later, when the mother gave birth to a baby, we found that she gradually changed, began to believe in Buddhism, what to do on the fifteenth day of the first month of the first month to burn incense and worship the Buddha to eat fasting, see the mountain to worship the mountain, see the temple to worship the Buddha, encounter something bad, casually come to the sentence: "Amitabha".

I usually ask her out for dinner, ten sentences, eight sentences are not separated from the Buddha, fate, karma or something, every festival, she will also go to the release, or go to the temple for a day.

It's okay to be younger, because she has to work and raise children, so she only goes after work. But after entering the age of 40, the child went to college, her husband was promoted, and the family's economic level improved, she became more and more crazy, and she worked well as a teacher, transferred to school logistics, and then freed up a lot of time to do the so-called "good deeds".

She donated most of her salary to the temple, to do good deeds or some things to believe, she invited a Buddha statue at home, and every morning she got up early to burn incense and worship, and sometimes she had to knock on wooden fish, pick up Buddha beads, and chant what scriptures.

Then she would buy a bunch of fish fry, screws, turtles, etc., and take them to the river to release, and if cockroaches and mice came in the house, she said that she couldn't fight them, and she wanted to go out.

Her husband and children are tired of her, and her husband usually prefers to live in the dormitory of the unit, and the children are on vacation rather than go home.

In fact, these things were originally her family's affairs, and they had nothing to do with me, and I didn't need to have any opinions about her, but over the years, we, as classmates, have also been affected by her.

She often posts some Buddhist things in the group of her classmates, and then when the day comes, when she is about to be released, she will ask us to accumulate virtue and do good, more or less with some money, not counting in the group, and will send it to many people privately. One.

At first, everyone would help donate points, but after many times, we all felt very annoyed, especially when she said that accumulating virtue and doing good deeds can help the family eliminate disasters and solve problems, which really disgusted us.

Because she said this, if we don't pay for it, it's like we'll be stabbed in the back.

But despite how devout my classmate was to Buddhism and did a lot of good deeds, she didn't get any blessings. I just finished thyroid surgery last year, and this year I was found to have a polyp in my stomach, and I was hospitalized twice in less than a year.

And her husband is also very unlucky, not long ago after drinking some alcohol and suddenly cerebral congestion, fortunately, the bleeding is not high, and he has been recuperating for more than half a month, and he is basically fine. But these various things made our classmates very puzzled, why did she do such a good thing and still do this?

The second thing happened to a cousin of mine, who was a believer in Taoism.

When I was in my 20s, I went to a certain temple to study, and then studied for two years, and when I came back, I became a "mage" in my hometown who did white things.

In addition to doing white things, he also tells fortunes and reads feng shui.

When you see people, you will instill the so-called Taoism, the so-called numerology, and Feng Shui. Since more than ten years ago, he has made a lot of money by relying on this "craft", built a villa in his hometown, bought a house in the county seat, and gave birth to several children.

9 years ago, after I was laid off, my parents also wanted me to follow this cousin to see feng shui, saying that this would make money, and I also held the purpose of making money, but I followed my cousin for a few days.

But I found out that his so-called feng shui and practice things is actually like painting cats and tigers, and many of them are things that can be searched in books or on the Internet.

For example, when he counts the days for people to hold funerals, he reads a book that specializes in counting days, just like we don't know anything, and we search on the Internet, there is no technical content at all.

Then when he did things, he read and shouted that he had a set of words, and there was no meaning at all. So, I studied with him for a few days and then gave up, not because I didn't like it, but because I was disgusted with using religious beliefs to make money and fool people.

Actually, I know that it's normal for everyone to have their own beliefs, and I respect any religion, but I am very disgusted by the ways and means in which some people pursue religion.

Just like my high school classmates, she has become so obsessed with it that she has no concept of family life and does not care about the feelings of the people around her. What's more, my cousin used religion to make money, and I felt that this kind of religious belief was outrageous, and it lost its so-called meaning.

Therefore, after experiencing these two things about the people around me, I completely stopped believing in any religion, and I felt that it was better to work hard, pay attention to my body, love my family and be filial to my parents!Do you think so?
