Yang Chengwu was a founding general who served as acting chief of the general staff of the People's Liberation Army and vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in his lifetime, and his children were also very promising. Among them, Yang Junsheng is a legendary figure, she was born on December 26, 1941, during the all-out War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Yang Chengwu was the commander and political commissar of the 3rd Column of the Jinchaji Military Region of the Eighth Route Army, due to the tension of the war, Yang Chengwu had no time to take care of Yang Junsheng, so he had to entrust her to the local villagers. After ten years of separation, after the founding of New China, Yang Chengwu finally found Yang Junsheng. Yang Junsheng did not have an easy time in her fellow countryman's house, but she did not suffer any grievances, which is already a very good ending. Subsequently, Yang Chengwu picked up Yang Junsheng and asked her to go to school in Beijing.
Yang Junsheng showed a strong ability to learn and Xi, and his grades in all subjects were among the best, and he was finally admitted to the famous Kazakh military industry and applied for the missile control major. This major was decided after consultation with her father, because missiles are cutting-edge technology and are also the key direction of future national defense construction and development. At school, her mentor Dai Qixu encouraged her: "Only by mastering the cutting-edge missile technology that truly belongs to us can national defense be strong, the nation be confident, and not be restrained and manipulated by others." This made Yang Junsheng more determined and confident in learning Xi missile technology. In 1968, Yang Junsheng graduated with honors, was assigned to the Strategic Missile Forces, and began to chase his dream. Yang Junsheng's life path can be described as bumpy. During the years of the Revolutionary War, she was fostered by her parents in a villager's house and lived a poor life.
And when she was about to start her own career, she was imprisoned and lost her freedom with her family for six years. Despite this, Yang Junsheng did not sink into self-pity, and she still firmly believed that the country and society would eventually get on the right track. At the end of 1974, with the resumption of work by General Yang Chengwu and the appointment of first deputy chief of the General Staff, Yang Junsheng's fortunes also ushered in a turning point, and she returned to work in the missile troops. Soon, she applied to her superiors, returned to work in the agency, and took the lead in establishing the Armed Police Equipment Research Institute. Under her leadership, the equipment system of the Armed Police Force was rapidly established and quickly entered the world's advanced ranks, and Yang Junsheng also became the founder and pioneer of the Armed Police Force's first-class equipment system.
These outstanding achievements earned her the rank of major general and became the first female general since the establishment of the People's Armed Police Force. Although Yang Junsheng is now in her eighties, we still sincerely wish her a long and healthy life and happiness forever!
