Linggu Scenic Area is located in Zhongshan Scenic Area, Xuanwu District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, about 1,000 kilometers away from Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, with a total area of more than 2,000 acres. This scenic spot is a park scenic spot reconstructed on the site of the original Linggu Temple. Take Metro Line 2 Zhongling Street Station and transfer to bus No. 202 to the scenic spot.

Linggu Temple, is the only temple that has survived to this day among more than 70 Buddhist temples in the Southern Dynasty in Zhongshan in ancient times, originally in the location of the Ming Filial Piety Mausoleum, and later moved to the present site because of the construction of the Ming Filial Piety Mausoleum, known as "the first Zen forest in the world". The temple has buildings such as the Daxiong Treasure Hall, the Ancestral Hall, the Guest Hall, the Zhigong Palace, and the Tibetan Scripture Building. There is a noodle restaurant in the temple, the osmanthus cake is delicate and delicious, the bowl of somen noodles can be refilled at 10 yuan, ** cheap, delicious taste.
Linggu Tower, the tower is about 60 meters high, with a total of 9 floors and eight sides. Each floor is made of green glazed tiles. Climb to the tower, you can overlook the beautiful scenery of Linggu Scenic Area and Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum.
The beamless hall is the oldest and largest brick arch structure temple in Chinese history, which was built in the Ming Dynasty (1381), originally the place where the Buddha of Amitayus was worshipped in the Linggu Temple, because the whole building adopts the brick beamless structure and got its name, the whole building does not have a nail or a wood, there are no beams and columns, all are made of large bricks. The ginkgo tree in front of the hall is golden in autumn, making it a great place to take pictures.
Wangong Pond, formerly known as Meihuawu, is an artificial pond. The pond is surrounded by a variety of osmanthus trees, and the scenery is beautiful from September to October every year.
