The mascot "Wan Bao" makes a cute appearance
One of the highlights of this year's annual summary meeting is the official release of the mascot of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Series. The mascot is named "Wanbao", and the prototype is the Chinese white dolphin, known as the "water giant panda". After the mascot release ceremony was launched, the cute "Wanbao" made a surprise appearance and won the warm applause of the guest representatives on the scene.
The design of "Wan Bao" is inspired by the Chinese white dolphin, known as the "giant panda of the water". The Pearl River Estuary is the world's largest surviving habitat for Chinese white dolphins, home to the largest population of Chinese white dolphins. As the "flagship species" jointly protected by Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, the Chinese white dolphin is not only synonymous with unity, friendliness and wisdom, but also the "business card" of the construction of marine ecological civilization in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
