Next year will be the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, and on December 6, the "French Art of Living Exhibition" will open in Hangzhou.
The exhibition is organized by Business France in cooperation with the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International ** (CCPIT).
The exhibition attracted 17 French high-end brands, and French designer Thomas Dariel gave full play to his creativity around the theme of "French Secret ** Garden", presenting the unique tonality, profound humanistic value and diversity of each brand to the audience through the exhibition. Professionals, connoisseurs and consumers from Hangzhou and all over the country will experience "Made in France" that blends tradition and connects the future, as well as many limited editions and even one-of-a-kind works of art.
During the exhibition, Business France and Inland Group will bring various brand activities such as salons, workshops and roundtable forums to the audience, so that they can enjoy this feast of art of living, feel the elegance of French brands, and experience the romance of French life.
According to the person in charge of the organizer, the "French Art of Living Exhibition" is an excellent opportunity for French brands to show themselves to Chinese professionals and the public, and the participating brands perfectly interpret how French craftsmen and living cultural heritage enterprises perfectly combine tradition and innovation, craftsmanship and creativity, ingenuity and passion.
Chen Jianzhong, President of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of CCPIT, said: "The exhibition is an important achievement of Zhejiang's global investment promotion activities this year, aiming to create a new platform for continuous exchanges with France for Zhejiang and even the whole country.
It is reported that Hangzhou is one of the most active Chinese cities in the French decorative arts and design market, and Zhejiang Province accounted for 7% of the total number of China and France in 20223%, French exports to Hangzhou increased by 15% compared to 2021, with growth in luxury goods, perfumes, cosmetics, leather goods, home furnishings and works of art** being the main drivers.
The exhibition will run until January 27, 2024, 60 years ago when China and France established formal diplomatic relations.
