Stretching machines need CE certification for export to the EU. How to apply for CE certification?

The CE mark is a product safety certification mark, and CE stands for European Unity (Conformiteeuropeenne). CE is a mandatory certification for the EU market, and products that meet CE certification can circulate freely in EU member states.

Stretching machine CE certification standard:

1、md(2006/42/ec)

2、lvd(2014/35/eu)

3、emc(2014/30/eu)

Stretching machine CE certification project:

1. The mechanical directive (MD) test items mainly include the following aspects:

1) Structural strength: Mainly analyze the structural design and safety performance of mechanical products to ensure that the structural strength of mechanical products meets the requirements of relevant standards and can withstand the corresponding load and stress.

2) Stability: Test the stability, protection measures, emergency shutdown and other aspects of mechanical products to ensure that mechanical products remain stable during use and avoid safety accidents such as overturning and dumping.

3) Reliability: Test the service life, reliability, maintenance, and replacement of wearing parts of mechanical products to ensure long-term stable operation and easy maintenance of mechanical products.

4) Ergonomics: mainly test the human-computer interaction interface and ergonomics of mechanical products to ensure that mechanical products are convenient and safe to operate, conform to ergonomic principles, and protect user health.

2. The low voltage directive (LVD) test items mainly include the following aspects:

1) Grounding resistance test: test whether the grounding resistance of the product meets the requirements to ensure that the product is well grounded, conducts electricity safely, and prevents the accumulation of static electricity.

2) Insulation resistance test: test whether the insulation resistance of the product meets the requirements, ensure that the product will not leakage, and ensure the safety of users.

3) Voltage tolerance test: test whether the product can work normally under the specified voltage, and test the voltage resistance of the product to ensure that the product operates normally within the safe voltage range.

4) Electromagnetic compatibility test: test whether the electromagnetic compatibility performance of the product meets the requirements, ensure that the product will not cause electromagnetic interference to the surrounding electronic equipment and communication equipment, and prevent external electromagnetic interference from affecting the normal operation of the product.

3. Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC): electromagnetic radiation, electromagnetic immunity, etc.

The electromagnetic radiation test is mainly to evaluate whether the product will radiate too much electromagnetic waves when it is working. If there is too much radiation, it can interfere with other equipment or the environment. The electromagnetic immunity test is to evaluate whether the product will be affected by too much interference in the electromagnetic environment, resulting in failure to work properly.

Electromagnetic compatibility tests include radio frequency radiation test, radio frequency interference test, excitation field radiation test, excitation field interference test, etc.

Information required for CE certification of stretching machine:

1.Schematic diagram and structural dimension diagram of electrical components.

2.A list of key parts of the product.

3.Product instruction manual in English.

4.Motor specifications.

5.Nameplate. 6.Declaration of Conformity.

The CE certification process of the stretching machine is as follows:

1. The applicant fills in the application form for CE certification and provides product information

2. Determine the inspection standards and related test items according to the data provided, and give them to customers

3. After the applicant confirms, sign the service agreement, deliver the payment, and prepare the test samples for testing

4. Test the application products according to the standard

5. Provide test reports to certification bodies and apply for CE certificates

6. The certification body issues the CE certificate and provides the applicant with the CE certificate and report.
