Q: Why did you decide to become a Qiongtai businessman in the first place?Was there any special experience or opportunity?
A: Hello everyone, I am Zhang Xiaofang from Changzhou, Jiangsu, a stay-at-home mother who has been at home for more than 20 years. The child is currently married, and the husband is in the knife business and owns his own company. When business is busy, I go to help, but most of the time I have more free time.
After accidentally coming into contact with Qiongtai, I began to have strong thoughts. The main reason is that my husband often invites friends and customers to eat and drink, and it is even more common to send wine, and I think that if I can make wine myself, not only can I save money, but my husband has many friends who like to drink, and maybe he can make a little money. So, I explained my idea to my husband, but he didn't support it at first. He thought that I didn't know how to drink, and that I was not suitable for this at this age, and that I was just in good health a few years ago, so he thought that I could enjoy the blessings at home.
2. Be firm in your ideas
Q: In the face of your family's disapproval, how did you break the situation in the first place?
A: Although I understood my husband's concerns, I didn't want to give up on my idea, so I decided to quietly start the Qiongtai wine project. In order to avoid being discovered by my husband, I found a partner to do this together. First of all, I found my nephew, who usually likes to drink, and when he tasted it, he said that the wine was good, and my confidence grew.
In order to gain my husband's support, I decided to let him experience Qiongtai wine firsthand. At first I didn't tell him directly, I just invited him to try. After tasting it, my husband felt that the wine was very good, it was a good wine. So, I confessed to him that this is the ** wine I mentioned to him before, and I am already working with my nephew** on this wine. My husband didn't object to it and saw that I really wanted to do it, so he asked me to do it according to the plan. In this way, I officially embarked on the road of entrepreneurship.
3. Sales skills sharing
Q: As a full-time mother, how did you return 50,000 yuan in 6 days in the dynamic sales growth camp, and complete the Qiongtai diamond ** upgrade within 4 months, do you have any transaction treasures?
A: My situation is special, the customers are mainly in my husband's circle, and the dinner is also organized by them. And I'm just making the most of this resource of his and sharing some strategies with you:
1. Research in advance: Before each meal, I will understand what kind of wine customers usually like to drink, and understand their consumption level. Choosing the right wine is crucial, and it needs to be in line with the taste and economic situation to be recognized.
2. Correct tasting: When tasting, I am not in a hurry to introduce the product, but teach them the correct way to taste wine first. This not only underlines our professionalism, but also convinces them even more. The right way to taste wine can help to better appreciate the taste of the wine.
3. Key inquiries and introductions: customers ask about their taste experience after drinking, and then introduce them in combination with the product features. This not only avoids a strong sense of sales, but also makes it easier for them to accept the product and make a good impression.
4. Strategy: The last step is to inform the retail price of the product and say that if they buy it, they will give a discount. It is important not to disclose the specific **** character directly to avoid making the other person think that we are just here to make money.
This is the basic process of each of my tastings, appropriate introductions and inquiries, so that customers can leave the desire to buy while preferring them.
4. Customer follow-up skills
Q: How do you follow up after tasting?
A: Because it is my husband's resource, so I don't keep those customers *** but they often come to visit my house, according to their purchase and use of wine, usually I will take some action skills when they are about to run out of wine:
1. Understand the use of wine: When inquiring, we must first talk about some homely things, and then naturally understand the customer's use of wine.
2. Recommend a higher level of wine: While asking, take the opportunity to recommend a more expensive wine. You can create some demand scenarios, such as sending important customers, congratulating important holidays, trying more high-grade wines, etc., to stimulate customer consumption.
3. Create consumption scenes: By listing the real cases of what other bosses took to deliver to customers, create some consumption scenarios related to the customer's identity to stimulate their desire to buy.
Through such a strategy, we can guide customers to buy more targeted, and provide products that are more in line with their needs based on their actual situation.
5. Join Qiongtai Harvest
Q: What do you think is the biggest gain from joining Qiongtai so far?
A: In the process of selling, my biggest gain is the improvement of self-confidence. In the past, I have always been a relatively introverted person, and I only dared to speak up in front of some familiar people. However, as my sales career progressed, I found myself experiencing a huge change. By constantly introducing products and closing deals, I gradually became more confident. I began to dare to recommend and communicate to people I didn't know very well.

Q: Do you have any future plans for your sake business?
A: I hope to be able to fulfill the dream I have always wanted to pursue and open my own store. I currently have a store that I am renting out, and the lease will expire in February next year. With the end of the year approaching, I hope to challenge myself to achieve new heights in preparation for next year's store renovation. This is a step towards my dream, and I look forward to making it come true in the future.
