In order to further strengthen the coordination and cooperation between the procuratorial organs and the administrative law enforcement agencies, and jointly promote strict law enforcement and fair justice, recently, the People's Procuratorate of Xigong District, Luoyang City, conducted public hearings on four administrative supervision cases, including the suspected theft case of Bai Moumou and the suspected fraud case of Wang Moumou. Three deputies to the National People's Congress and members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) were invited to serve as hearing officers, and the principal responsible persons of the relevant administrative organs were present to attend the hearing.
At the hearing, the moderator explained in detail the laws and regulations on the reverse connection of executions, and the procurator in charge introduced the basic situation of the case and the relevant administrative punishment provisions. On the basis of fully understanding the facts of the case, the hearing examiners issued hearing opinions and unanimously held that the person not being prosecuted should be given an administrative punishment. The People's Procuratorate of Xigong District will comprehensively consider the opinions and suggestions of the hearing officer and make a final decision in accordance with law.
In the next step, the People's Procuratorate of Xigong District will make full use of the public hearing system to allow more external forces to participate in the procuratorial supervision of administrative litigation, improve the transparency of case handling, enhance judicial credibility, realize the organic unity of the "three effects" of judicial case handling, and promote the quality and efficiency of social governance.
