[**Beijing**].
Sun Yanan. The Yan Culture Archaeology Research Center was officially established recently, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cultural Relics Bureau joined hands to build the country's first "Great Archaeology" Alliance. Looking forward to the future, the seven archaeological units in the three places will take the Liulihe Archaeological Base as the center, carry out strategic cooperation around the archaeology of Yan culture, and promote the coordinated development of archaeology in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
Yan culture was formed in the Western Zhou Dynasty, and has continued for more than 3,000 years, and has developed into a regional culture of generosity, tolerance and symbiosis. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region all belong to the radiation scope of the Yan cultural circle, and the ruins of Liulihe in Beijing, Yanxiadu in Hebei, and Zhangjiayuan in Tianjin confirm the complexity and unity of Yan culture from different time and space. It can be said that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is integrated, the people are close to each other, and the culture is in the same vein, and it is more necessary to form a "big archaeology" alliance.
Archaeology is a systematic project, and archaeology in the new era needs a large pattern and a large vision from the perspective of "big archaeology". For a long time in the past, the cooperation channels between archaeological institutions, scientific research institutes and universities in the three places have not been fully opened, and multidisciplinary cooperation and cross-regional resource integration are relatively limitedThe overall planning of the subject research is insufficient, and the construction of the theoretical system of Yan culture archaeology is lackingNowadays, with the "Great Archaeology" alliance to build a platform and integrate forces, archaeological research is no longer bound by geography, and can truly achieve complementary advantages and win-win cooperation. For example, along the Dashihe River near the Liulihe site in Beijing and into the Juma River Basin in Hebei, the joint archaeological survey of the river basin between Beijing and Hebei has been put on the agenda. Through practical training, all parties can comprehensively sort out the excavation data and cooperate in the preparation of investigation reports, which is more conducive to promoting the integration of archaeological research to develop in depth.
To build a new pattern of coordinated development of archaeology in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the emphasis is on integration, in coordination, rooted in the context, and in resource sharing. Clarifying the top-level design is only the first step, and after straightening out the mechanism, the collaborative situation has the possibility of deeper expansion. In terms of technical means, there are many universities and institutes in Beijing, strong scientific research force, and sophisticated archaeological instruments and equipment, which can be further opened to Tianjin and Hebei in the futureIn terms of talent training, the three places can rely on several major archaeological sites to establish practical learning and Xi bases to jointly cultivate multi-level archaeological talentsIn terms of the utilization of achievements, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei can jointly plan exhibitions, open Yan culture museums, jointly carry out public archaeological activities, and tell the original story of Yan culture. In addition, it can also strengthen the cluster effect of archaeological sites, and build archaeological bases such as Liulihe into an international archaeological workstation integrating scientific research, display and cultural relics protection. With the support of multi-institutional professional teams, multidisciplinary joint research, and the "science and technology + archaeology" penetrating into the field, the invisible boundary will no longer exist, and the overall archaeological research level in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will undoubtedly produce a qualitative leap.
The inseparable geographical relationship has shaped the cultural roots of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and the historical inheritance of Yanzhao civilization has nurtured the cultural heritage of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, which is the source of strength for the coordinated development of the three places. We look forward to optimizing the allocation of more collaborative resources, accelerating the circulation, and boosting more collaborative achievements of "1+1+1 3".
