The report was compiled by the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Jilin University. As a key laboratory of ice and snow tourism research approved and recognized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, the laboratory released the "2022 China Ice and Snow Economic Development Index Report" in February last year, analyzing the structure and characteristics of China's ice and snow industry.
Ski resorts are the main business entities with the strongest industrial driving force and radiation in the development of ice and snow economy. Xin Benlu, director of the laboratory, introduced that the compilation team comprehensively considered the ski resort resources, operation management, innovation ability, natural and social environment, brand and service perception and other dimensions, and conducted an in-depth analysis of 268 representative ski resorts in China.
Xin Benlu said that after the survey, it was found that China's ski resorts have made significant improvements in service quality, customer perception, digital intelligence level, etc., but there are also challenges such as homogeneity and lack of innovation ability, and this report can provide reference and guidance for the sustainable development and competitiveness of ski resorts.
