Recently, the Qingdao Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning has publicized the planning plans of three residential projects in the south of Chengyang, as follows:
01 Wangsha Road East, Source Henan Residential Project
The project has a small land area of only 1360,000 square meters, planning to build 6 9-13 storey residential buildings and 1 supporting building, with a total construction area of about 320,000 square meters, floor area ratio 15。
The surrounding area of the project is mainly urban villages, with Anle Community on the south side and Jinxuan Original Works on the southwest side, and supporting schools include the International Department of Guokai Middle School and Chengyang No. 17 Middle School. The two sides are surrounded by the source river and the new Xiaoshui River, the southwest direction crosses Wangsha Road for the Dongbu Park, the west of the Qingyin Expressway is the Danshan Park, and the east has the Taihe Mountain Scenic Area, the environment is good.
02 Yinhe Road North and Tianfeng Road West Residential Project
The land area of the project is 3140,000 square meters, planning to build 9 10-13 storey residential buildings and supporting facilities, with a total construction area of about 780,000 square meters, floor area ratio 16。
There are many residential communities around the project, with the Baisha River flowing through the south side and the Xiazhuang Street Sports Park in the southeast. It is rumored that Qingdao Metro Line 10 will be laid along the north bank of the Baisha River, and there may be subway stations around the project in the future.
03 Yinhe Road South, Chengkang Road West Residential Project
The land area of the project is 3590,000 square meters, planning to build 10 10-13 storey residential buildings, 1 6-class kindergarten and supporting buildings, with a total construction area of about 760,000 square meters, floor area ratio 14。
The south side of the project is a waterfront oasis community, which can also enjoy the environmental facilities of Baisha River and the future subway facilities of Line 10, but the current plan for the fourth phase of the subway has not yet been approved, and the official information shall prevail.
The construction unit of the three projects is Qingdao Yunlin Real Estate, and behind it is Xinjiang Group. As a local developer, in the case of the sluggish development of the real estate situation in the past two years, it may be able to obtain better returns in the next wave of real estate cycle.
