Around 1994, defendants Zhu Zulin and Peng Moumou had a conflict in the course of operating a martial arts hall with the county.
In October 1995, Peng Moumou separately operated the Shaolin Martial Arts School in the north and south of Hexian County, and brought the accountants, coaches and most of the students of the martial arts hall to the Shaolin Martial Arts School in the north and south of Hexian County, so Zhu Zulin held a grudge against Peng.
In August 1996, the defendant Fu Zejie went to work as a coach at the Shaolin Martial Arts School in the north and south of Hexian County, and gradually became dissatisfied with Peng XX because of trivial matters. Later, Fu Zejie and Zhu Zulin agreed to take revenge on Peng Moumou by poisoning and bring down his martial arts school.
On the evening of June 29, 1997Fu Zejie ran to the kitchen of the Shaolin Martial Arts School in the north and south of Hexian County, put two packets of rat poison on the salted cowpeas in the plastic basin on the kitchen table, stirred and fled. At about 7 o'clock on June 30, more than 100 teachers and students of the martial arts school had symptoms such as vomiting and convulsions after breakfast, and seven of them, including Yang Moumou, were poisoned and died.
