The third phase of the terminal is located on the south bank of the Qianwan port area of Qingdao Port, and two 100,000-ton container berths (No. 9 and No. 10 berths) will be built, and after it is put into operation, the total length of the fully automated container terminal of Qingdao Port in Shandong Port will reach 2,088 meters, and the usable shoreline will be 1,652 meters.
In the process of the third phase of the terminal construction, Shandong Port gathers upstream and downstream domestic manufacturers such as industrial automation, high-end equipment manufacturing, and electronic control system development, combines the excellent achievements of national enterprises with the integration of terminal construction and production, and makes every effort to get through various "stuck neck" and "nose" problems, from major port equipment to core systems, from the bottom foundation to the upper level of application, and is fully independent and controllable, so as to achieve a breakthrough in the fully independent integrated innovation application scenarios of China's port industry.
It is worth mentioning that the automated terminal has formed six independent breakthroughs, such as the renewal and upgrading of the A-TOS system, the research and development of a new generation of horizontal transportation intelligent control system (A-ECS), the integration and innovation of domestic operating systems and database applications, the integration and innovation of the first set of domestic automated electronic control systems and large-scale applications, the world's first automated rail crane high-efficiency DC power supply system, and the localization of key core components. There are 12 new quality achievements, such as the construction of full-stack localized ecology, the comprehensive replacement of basic electronic control hardware, the new upgrade of basic electronic control software, the comprehensive integration and innovation of domestic intelligent perception system, the construction of an automated rail crane high-efficiency DC power supply microgrid, the research and development of an automated rail crane multi-level ring network redundant intelligent power supply control system, the development of the first domestic high-load full-function drive axle, and the localization of other key core components.
