2.There are no less than 5 personnel with intermediate or above professional titles in electronic and intelligent engineering related majors, and the majors are complete.
3.There are no less than 15 construction site management personnel with post certificates, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety officers, cost personnel, material personnel, data personnel and other personnel are complete.
4.There are no less than 10 skilled workers above the intermediate level who have passed the assessment or training.
3. Enterprise project performance requirements.
1.In the past 5 years, he has independently undertaken the construction of one of the following 3 types of projects, and the quality of the project is qualified.
1) 2 electronic industry manufacturing equipment installation projects or electronic industry environmental projects with a single contract value of more than 20 million yuan;
2) 3 electronic system projects with a single contract value of more than 10 million yuan;
3) 3 intelligent building projects with a single contract value of more than 10 million yuan.
2.In the past 5 years, he has independently undertaken the construction of 2 of the following 4 categories, and the quality of the project is qualified.
1) 2 electronic industry manufacturing equipment installation projects with a single contract value of more than 10 million yuan;
2) 3 environmental projects in the electronic industry with a single contract value of more than 5 million yuan;
3) 2 electronic system projects with a single contract value of more than 5 million yuan;
4) 3 building intelligent projects with a single contract value of more than 5 million yuan.
4. Other requirements.
1.Enterprises must obtain a business license in accordance with the law and provide the original business license when declaring qualifications.
2.Enterprises must obtain a safety production license in accordance with the law and provide the original work safety license when declaring qualifications.
3.Enterprises must obtain a tax registration certificate in accordance with the law and provide the original tax registration certificate when declaring qualifications.
4.Enterprises must obtain the organization certificate in accordance with the law, and provide the original organization certificate when declaring the qualification.
5.Enterprises must obtain a bank account opening license in accordance with the law, and provide the original bank account opening license when declaring qualifications.
6.Enterprises must obtain fixed, mobile, computer, Internet and other communication tools and office automation equipment in accordance with the law, and provide relevant supporting materials when applying for qualifications.
7.Enterprises must obtain the quality management system certification certificate in accordance with the law, and provide relevant certification materials when declaring the qualification.
8.Enterprises must obtain the safety production management organization and full-time safety production management personnel in accordance with the law, and provide relevant supporting materials when declaring qualifications.
