On December 4, good news came from Hunan Juvenile and Children's Publishing House and the Organizing Committee of the Hunan Shao Cup Primary School English Dubbing Show that 161 students and 16 English teachers from Shunde Primary School in Lengshuitan District, Yongzhou City won good results in the 2023 "Xiang Shao Cup" English Dubbing Show Competition for Primary School Students, and the school held a grand award ceremony for the "Dubbing Show" in the lecture hall.
The competition was jointly sponsored by Hunan Juvenile and Children's Publishing House and Hunan Educational Audio-visual Electronic Publishing House, and undertaken by the Organizing Committee of Hunan Youth Cup Primary School English Dubbing Show. Shunde Primary School organizes English teachers from grades 3 to 6 to actively learn Xi new concept of primary school English curriculum reform, strengthen oral English teaching, and mobilize teachers to lead students to participate in the "e-English Treasure" platform to participate in the dubbing show activities, boldly imitate and recite English in the situation, and continuously improve their oral English expression skills.
In the end, the students of the school won 65 first prizes, 52 second prizes, and 44 third prizes in the dubbing show competition by virtue of their superb English listening ability and fluent and authentic English speaking skills, and 16 English teachers won the outstanding instructor award in the dubbing show competition.
