International SOS recently announced that in the face of the rapid growth of Chinese enterprises in overseas market demand, International SOS will accelerate the deployment of resources dedicated to serving Chinese enterprises around the world, and provide comprehensive Chinese native language services for Chinese enterprises in the "Belt and Road" region and the global market. This initiative aims to strengthen investment in Global Assistance Centers. At present, the number of Chinese service personnel in the world has grown to more than 300. Among them, 16 assistance centers around the world have been equipped with Chinese service personnel, 20 assistance centers around the world have 50 medical experts, and 16 security experts in 6 assistance centers can use Chinese. At the same time, 10 account executives and professional teams are located in 6 countries around the world, all of which provide Chinese services.

Nicolas Sommer, Managing Director of International SOS China, emphasized that the demand of Chinese customers in overseas markets has grown significantly, especially in the past ten years of the "Belt and Road" cooperation, International SOS has also accompanied Chinese enterprises to go overseas together, and continued to increase investment in these regions, especially the creation of dedicated Chinese teams and services. The dedicated Chinese service and team provided by SOS International is a positive response to the growing global needs of Chinese customers and reflects the high importance we attach to the Chinese market. International SOS is committed to becoming a solid backing for Chinese enterprises to operate globally.

It is understood that International SOS operates in 81 offices, 26 assistance centers and 30 regional security centers around the world, combined with global service experience, to provide customers with the most suitable localization services. In today's increasingly complex healthcare and overseas security risks, this kind of localized service is particularly important. For example, after the Dubai Assistance Center set up a dedicated Chinese enterprise team, when a Chinese employee fell into a coma due to a sudden illness in Cameroon, the Chinese client team of the Dubai Assistance Center coordinated with the International SOS Beijing Assistance Center to respond quickly and transferred the patient to Dubai by air medical plane and performed surgery at the local hospital. The Customer Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the local medical treatment process and customer needs in Dubai to ensure a smooth patient transfer.
