1. Focus on teaching and effectively improve ability in the classroom.
As the main front for improving the quality of education and teaching, schools should effectively play the role of this key position. In order to guide teachers to effectively focus on the classroom, schools should lead teachers to change their education and teaching concepts, activate wisdom, forge rationality, improve teachers' professional development, and strengthen guidance and supervision of teachers' education and teaching behaviors through multiple ways of "learning, research, thinking, and action". At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the collective Xi learning and research functions of subject groups, teaching and research groups, give full play to the leading role of the head of the teaching and research group, and carry out classroom diagnosis, problem research and other activities through a variety of teaching forms such as famous teacher leading classes, backbone teacher observation classes, young teacher demonstration classes, and heterogeneous classes in the same class, so as to update educational concepts, change the inherent teaching mode, closely follow the "double reduction" policy, make concerted efforts, explore new models of classroom teaching under the background of "double reduction", and effectively improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.

Our school has established a first-class operation management system of the school, the teaching office, and the teaching and research group, and the tripartite cooperation is responsible for the operation management. The head of each teaching and research group organizes the teachers of the discipline to conduct homework design seminars and homework plans, and reasonably controls the content and total amount of homework.
