On December 11, the first pile foundation of the main tower of the Shenjiang Railway Project across the Tiger Leaping Gate Waterway Bridge was poured, creating good conditions for the rapid advancement of the next step of construction.
The 12 bid sections of the Shenjiang Railway undertaken by the 25th Bureau of China Railway have a total length of 1341 kilometers, parallel to the Zhongyang Expressway Tiger Leaping Gate Xijiang Bridge, and finally introduced into the Jiangmen Station of Shenzhen-Mao Railway. The construction content mainly includes roadbed, bridge, station yard and track laying of the whole line, among which the main bridge across the Tiger Leaping Gate Waterway is the control project of this tender section.
According to the person in charge of the project of the 25th Bureau of China Railway, the main bridge of the Tiger Leaping Gate Waterway Bridge is a "steel truss stiffening-partially covered steel concrete" composite beam cable-stayed bridge, with a total length of 5896 meters, the main span is 300 meters, including 2 main towers. The construction design of the bridge adopts a number of new technological achievements, among which the deep-socketed rock non-blasting excavation deep-water foundation construction method adopted in the underwater foundation excavation construction is the first application of large-depth non-blasting underwater rock drilling excavation under complex working conditions in China, and the application of the "steel truss stiffening-partially covered steel-concrete" composite beam is the first novel beam structure in China.
The first pile foundation poured this time is the pile foundation of the No. 17 main tower, with a hole depth of 66 meters, a height difference of more than 90 meters between the base and the working steel platform, and a design concrete volume of 273 square meters. The first concrete pouring volume is large, the drop is large, the temperature control is difficult, and the construction scope is in the first-class waterway, with an average of nearly 300 shuttling ships per day, which has high safety risks and brings great challenges to safe construction.
In order to complete the construction task safely and efficiently, before construction, the project team used the innovation studio as the carrier and used BIM information technology to assist in modeling, strictly control the process, quality, safety, concrete mix ratio and transportation, etc., and solve the construction problems as early as possible. The builder uses the information platform to carry out all-round monitoring of technical disclosure, safety protection, and physical and machine security, and at the same time arranges special personnel to monitor and control key card control points such as pile foundation formwork, embedded parts, reinforcement protective layer, concrete quality and vibration process, so as to add a "double lock" to the safe construction.
The Shenzhen-Jiangxi Railway is an important part of the coastal corridor of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network, and is a major transportation infrastructure to support the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and China's Guangdong Free Trade Zone. After the completion of the project, the main channel of coastal high-speed rail in Guangdong Province will be fully connected, which can directly drive the coordinated development of eastern and western Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta, and the Qianhai Free Trade Zone in Shenzhen and the Nansha Free Trade Zone in Guangzhou can realize the interconnection of high-speed rail in half an hour, which is of great significance to further build the "Greater Bay Area on the track" and promote the economic and social development of the western wing of the Pearl River Delta.
