"New Blueborn" is an important talent reserve plan for Seazen Holdings' commercial management projects. From November 9th to November 11th, 2023, 59 22nd New Blue Students stood out for their "excellent" after a year of project tempering, and were specially invited to the Shanghai headquarters to participate in the training camp organized by the group's human development testing and training center and the commercial management engineering property center.
This training camp aims to help the 22nd New Blue Students build a foundation in an all-round and multi-perspective manner, plan clearly, and shape their capabilities, and conduct training and empowerment from three modules: cultural strengthening, professional improvement, and exchange visits.

In the president's class, President Xu Jianxin told 59 outstanding new blue students about his thoughts on cultural value and business value through the "Value" course. In the classroom, President Xu vividly interpreted the relationship between culture, business and current work through rich cases, and ushered in bursts of applause from the new blue students.
In the face-to-face session, President Xu led the management of the Planning Management Department and the Engineering Property Center of the Business Management Headquarters, and Yang Sen, Wang Xudong, Cui Feng, Ma Jian, Li Zhongyan and New Lansheng interacted with each other to answer questions. Through their own experiences and growth stories, they encourage New Blue Students to express themselves bravely and put forward their growth aspirations and demands positively in the face of personal development and career confusion.
【Professional Enhancement】Selected courses for business growth
Yang Sen and Qian Chunhua of the Planning and Management Department of the Business Management Headquarters; Wang Xudong, Cui Feng, Ma Jian, Li Zhongyan, Zhu Gang, Liu Wenkai and 8 managers of the Engineering Property Center helped New Blues understand the work logic and core knowledge points of each line of the Engineering Property Center through 8 business courses such as "Engineering Property Management System" and "Preparation-Opening-Operation Whole Process Management" in this training camp, and helped the students broaden their horizons and reflect on benchmarking, so as to better plan the future development path.
At the end of the business course, each group sorted out and shared their knowledge.
