Notice of the Haidian Branch of the Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission on the Publicity and Acceptance of the Comprehensive Implementation Plan of the Pilot Start Area (Xiran Area) of the Environmental Improvement Project Around and along the Xijiao Airport
From September 29, 2023 to October 30, 2023, the people of Sijiqing Town conducted an on-site publicity for no less than 30 natural days on the "Comprehensive Implementation Plan for the Pilot Start Area (Xiran Area) of the Environmental Remediation Project Around and along the Western Suburbs Airport" (hereinafter referred to as the "Comprehensive Implementation Plan"). The applicant has supplemented the written comments on the public feedback, and the relevant acceptance is hereby notified as follows:
Public Participation Feedback:The "Comprehensive Implementation Plan" retains the status quo of the HD00-1408-0045 plot, which is inconsistent with the demolition and vacancy plan communicated by the previous "Four Seasons Chuangkai" company. The nature of the land in the indicators reserved for the HD00-1408-0045 plot in the "Comprehensive Implementation Plan" is Class II residential land, which is inconsistent with the actual status quo. If the project is retained as it is, can the overall appearance of the surrounding environment of the western suburbs airport be improved?Items that are retained as they are are not functionalIt is hoped that the project will be vacated according to the demolition plan originally communicated with "Four Seasons Chuangkai".Or allow Beijing Shengrong Real Estate Development to renovate the project.
Applicant's opinion: The "Comprehensive Implementation Plan" strictly controls the implementation cost of the planning and implementation unit in accordance with the compilation principle of "full spread out of problems, zero omission of tasks, and full coverage of costs".After several rounds of research, the scope of land for expropriation and demolition was reasonably delineated, and the existing buildings of HD00-1408-0045 plots were not requisitioned and demolishedThe relevant indicators of the implementation plan meet the approval of the land, and the specific building height is subject to the requirements of the western suburbs airport.
