Addendum: The 8-Hour Sleep Theory "Is It Really Good?".
Nowadays, many people advocate the "8-hour sleep system", and once the sleep is interrupted in the middle of the night, it is easy to be nervous and anxious. But in fact, this theory was artificially put forward during the Industrial Revolution, not a Xi since ancient times. In primitive societies, in order to guard against the sneak attacks of wild beasts and other tribes, they rarely slept until dawn at night. Medieval Europeans slept in sections, getting up after four hours of sleep to pray, read, and then fall asleep again. Therefore, it is more important to ensure the quality of sleep than to pursue a good night's sleep!
