Refractory factory bag filter treatment process

The bag filter treatment process of the refractory factory is an important part of the environmental protection facilities of the plant. On the top of each brick processing machine, a suction and dust cover is installed. These suction hoods are cleverly designed to effectively capture dust generated during the operation of the equipment. The branch pipes of each suction hood are connected together and then merged into a single manifold. This main pipe is the heart of the entire dust collection system, connecting all the suction hoods together to ensure that dust can be collected efficiently.

The manifold extends into the baghouse and is connected to the inlet of the collector. When the air in the main pipe flows, the dust is gradually deposited on the cloth bag under the action of gravity and inertial forces. The baghouse is equipped with multiple filter bags inside, which are made of special materials for efficient filtration performance. After the filtered air, the amount of dust carried is greatly reduced, and then enters the exhaust fan.

The exhaust fan is the final checkpoint of the entire dust collection system. It uses powerful suction power to further purify the air in the baghouse. After being treated by the exhaust fan, the air is already close to pure and then discharged into the atmosphere.

With this complete dust removal system, the refractory plant achieves effective control of the dust generated during the production process. This not only improves the quality of the product, but also protects employees and the surrounding environment from the hazards of dust. At the same time, this system also meets the national environmental protection requirements and contributes to the sustainable development of refractory plants.
