On November 30, the "Seminar on the High-quality Development of Preschool Integrated Education in the Capital" was held at Beijing Institute of Education. More than 150 principals and teachers from more than 80 kindergartens in 16 districts of Beijing, Economic Development Zone and Yanshan District attended the seminar.
Wang Yan, Dean of the School of Special Education of Beijing Normal University, gave a keynote report entitled "Promotion of Preschool Integrated Education and Teacher Support", which reviewed and analyzed the policy and legal evolution of preschool integrated education in China from the perspectives of preschool education development, special education development and teachers' preparation for the implementation of integrated education, emphasizing that in the preschool integrated education environment, teachers should have the corresponding professional quality of integrated education in order to support the common growth of Putt children.
Guan Hongyan, a researcher at the Capital Institute of Pediatrics, elaborated on the common developmental disorders of children aged 0-6 from the perspective of medical expertise, and emphasized that early detection, early intervention, and integration of medical education should be used for special children.
At the same time, the seminar set up three sub-venues, and experts and scholars from universities, scientific research units, kindergartens, institutions for the disabled and other units exchanged views on the topics of "Policy Environment and Support for Preschool Integrated Education in the Capital", "Exploration of Preschool Integrated Education Curriculum in the Capital" and "Innovative Practice of Preschool Integrated Education in the Capital".
It is reported that the seminar was jointly organized by the School of Early Childhood Education of Beijing Institute of Education, the scientific research platform of "Integrated Education for Special Children Aged 3-6" of Beijing Institute of Education, and the Research Center of Preschool Integrated Education of Beijing Institute of Education.
