On the morning of December 24, the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the hospital was held in the Dalian People's Cultural Club. He pointed out that as a public hospital with a long history in Dalian, Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Dalian University has always been responsible for serving the society and benefiting the people, and has made remarkable achievements in deepening the reform of the medical and health system, building the city's "top the sky, standing on the ground, and strengthening the waist" characteristic medical service pattern, improving the health service system, and improving the health emergency response capacity of public service events and emergencies. Li Damin emphasized that the new hospital located in the new sports city is about to open, which will solve the problems of "difficult and complicated medical treatment" for the masses in the northwest urban area of Dalian, and become the backbone of the city's high-quality medical resource supply.
