After docking the planned Yongqing-Guangzhou Railway, a new northbound channel of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will be formed, and the passenger transport channel from the north to the east of Guangxi will be opened, which can effectively alleviate the transportation pressure of the Changheng section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Corridor.
