Nueyes announced that the FDA has approved its patent-pending augmented reality smart glasses technology "Nuloupes".
The Newport Beach, California-based company designed the system using state-of-the-art 3D stereoscopic technology, which provides accuracy and real-time 3D visualization for dental and medical practitioners.
Surgeons and dentists can move from traditional fixed magnification to nuloupes high-resolution variable digital magnification, which gives physicians more versatility and visibility area. In addition, Nueyes' patent-pending camera system provides 3D stereoscopic imaging with near-zero latency.
The camera provides sub-millimeter-accurate depth perception for a better understanding of the current environment. Nueyes says its glasses are the first glasses to receive FDA certification with real-time 3D stereo imaging.
Nueyes provides Nuloupes developers with a complete set of Nuloupes SDK development kits, including 3D stereo camera sensors, infrared sensors, IMUs, Android operating systems, Unity plug-ins and other functions.
"We are thrilled to announce FDA approval of Nuloupes, a testament to our commitment to innovation and excellence in the medical technology sector, which represents a quantum leap forward in visualization technology that we believe will revolutionize the way medical professionals work," said Mark Greget, Founder and CEO of NuEyes. ”
