Encourage and support the mainland branches of Macau banks such as Luso International Bank, Banco Nacional Nacional and Tai Fung Bank to set up electronic smart counters and service windows and other financial convenience service facilities in the "Macao New Neighbourhood" and other specific areas, so as to carry out one-stop financial convenience services for Macao residents. The Guangdong-Macao cross-border motor insurance equivalence recognition system is allowed to apply to Macao motor vehicles entering and leaving the Co-operation Zone through the Hengqin Port.
