In order to strengthen cost accounting, improve the basic management level of the factory, further standardize the circulation, storage and control procedures of materials and finished products, maintain the safety and integrity of factory assets, and accelerate capital turnover, this system is specially formulated

1. Material requisition, use and borrowing.

1. The production of requisitioned materials shall be requisitioned in accordance with the content of the "Material Planning Requirement Table", and the picking information shall be confirmed with the warehouse administrator after the requisition. When receiving the materials, the material clerk should register the name, specification, model, quantity, date, and recipient of the material in the "Picking Record List", and confirm the above material information and sign for it together with the squad leader of each line.

2, each line in strict accordance with the department's plan for picking, for unplanned receiving, material clerks, warehouse keepers have the right not to issue materials, and at the same time do not allow the maintenance of materials to take more than occupied, affecting the normal use of materials.

3. When borrowing products, materials, instruments, tools and equipment in the workshop, they should be recorded in the "List of Loaned Materials of the Production Line", and the degree of integrity should be confirmed when they are returned.

4. If the production materials are not used up (except for scrapping), when this model is no longer produced in the near future, the remaining materials should be returned to the workshop material clerk or warehouse after confirmation.

5. The production line has insufficient incoming materials, bad and man-made damaged materials, such as indirectly affecting the production line, to inform the squad leader in time, batch more than 5% and incoming materials are not enough when the squad leader should promptly inform the supervisor, quality engineer to the scene to confirm and take pictures to feedback to the first business. Defective and man-made damaged materials are collected by the material staff every day and replaced with the warehouse in time after being judged by IQC.

6. If the production needs to purchase the items required for production, the person in charge can apply to the department plan supervisor and fill in the "purchase requisition".

7. For the production of finished products, the material clerk should check whether the model, quantity, and outer packaging identification are correct and intact, and the person in charge must sign to prove whether the product is qualified before it can be put into storage.

8. The material clerk should carry out regular dynamic inventory, so that the daily clearing and daily settlement, keep the accounts and things consistent, and cooperate with the squad leader to do a good job of inventory at the end of the month, middle and end of the year.

2. Raw materials

1. After receiving materials, they must be classified and placed neatly in the workshop, and placed in a fixed area, so that they can not affect production, but also be quickly taken to avoid confusion and damage.

2. There must be labels on both sides of each material box that are consistent with the materials in the box, and there must be a quantity and collection time.

3. Chemical materials should be placed in a special area to avoid mixing in the same box.

4. Auxiliary materials should be placed in the corresponding material box according to different purposes, and should be fixed in a special area when they are idle.

3. Tools

1. The production tools are distributed to individuals and placed in the corresponding positions.

2. Test tools, such as multimeter, electric welding, tool box, thermostatic electric soldering iron, etc., should be placed in the designated area. The tool itself should be marked with the name of the tool, the custodian, etc.

3. Dangerous tools are uniformly placed in the designated area.

4. The workshop is divided into regions, and each area is distinguished by obvious identification lines.

5. All semi-finished products, finished products, maintenance products, suspicious items, and unqualified products in the workshop should be stored in the designated area, and various states should be clearly marked, and it is strictly forbidden to mix products and tools.

1. The material staff should strictly implement the relevant rules and regulations of the company and act according to the regulations

2. Employees of each line are responsible for the goods, equipment, tools, etc. in their own custody, and if there is any loss, they will be responsible for the corresponding punishment, depending on the severity of the circumstances.
