Tip 1Adjust the temperature width
There are two ways: manual adjustment and touch adjustment. By adjusting to the appropriate temperature width, the thermal gradient distribution of the target analyte can be focused to the greatest extent, and the equipment can be judged more quickly and accurately whether there are defects.
Tip 2Calculation of temperature differences
The thermal imaging camera automatically calculates the temperature difference between several objects of the same type, and the temperature anomaly is intuitively reflected.
Tip 3Isotherms
It is divided into three modes: "alarm above temperature", "alarm under temperature", and "alarm temperature interval".
"Alarm above temperature" is frequently used in the field, and the part of the thermal image that exceeds the set temperature will be warned in color for eye-catching observation.
