Set up a professional scientific and technological innovation working group to further meet the needs of scientific and technological innovation and planning and management of power plants, the technical level of the group covers nine specialties such as steam turbine, boiler, electrical, thermal, environmental protection, chemistry, energy saving, centralized control operation, and enterprise management, and its members include professional and technical management personnel, professional and technical backbone personnel, technical skills leaders and other technical personnel.
Set up a "virtual team" for scientific and technological innovation, and the innovation center will take the lead in selecting young employees with mechanical drawing, appearance design, simulation, language programming and other specialties to form an innovation team, and transform the innovative, novel and practical ideas put forward by the power plant employees into on-site models and text drawings to apply for patents, and implement conditional on-site projects.
