1. Policy basis

Second, the conditions for the settlement of senior professional titles in Beijing
1. Increase the introduction of talents in education, scientific research and medical and health care, and those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for talent introduction:
1) Higher education talents and scientific research talents with more than 5 years of work experience in national "double first-class" universities (or disciplines) or national key laboratories, and with senior professional titles;
2) Teachers with more than 10 years of teaching experience in provincial or municipal high-quality primary and secondary schools, and with senior professional titles;
3) Medical and health professionals with more than 10 years of medical experience in ** hospitals and senior professional titles;
4) Other education and medical and health personnel with a corresponding level urgently needed in the city, as well as professionals required by other types of public institutions.
2. Expand the scope of selection and introduction of urgently needed talents. Persons who work stably and make outstanding contributions among all kinds of employers in line with the functional orientation and industrial development direction of the capital city within the administrative area of the city, and meet one of the following conditions, can apply for talent introduction:
1) Obtained a master's degree or above at home and abroad or has a senior professional and technical title;
2) Those who have passed the comprehensive evaluation of talent introduction;

4) Recognized and recommended by the corresponding talent identification committee;
5) Other special talents or urgently needed talents.
