Shen Nianhua, who was born in 1972, exudes youthful vitality because of long-term exercise, and looks much younger than his actual age. When it comes to the reasons for her love of running, she gushes endlessly.
In 2018, 46-year-old Shen Nianhua began to get in touch with running, from warm-up to pace, from stretching to running, she learned and tried while running, and realized while running, from the "sports white" of 3 kilometers and 7 minutes of pace, to the first time in April 2019, she participated in the Yangzhou Jianzhen Half Marathon for the first time and ran for 2 hours, and her continuous improvement greatly increased her self-confidence. Shen Nianhua became obsessed with running. In the 2023 Yangzhou Jianzhen Half Marathon and Grand Canal Marathon Series (Yangzhou Station), she won the 10th place in the women's citizen group.
Running can relieve stress, enhance cardiopulmonary function, improve immunity, my cervical spine pain disappeared naturally through running, the physical examination indicators are gratifying every year, and I rarely catch a cold. Shen Nianhua was deeply touched.
