5. Brewing. Pour hot water into the teapot, taking care that the temperature of the water is moderate, not too high and not too low. When brewing Pu'er tea, it is necessary to use the method of filling water at a fixed point, that is, slowly injecting hot water along the edge of the teapot.
6. Pour tea. Once brewed, pour the tea into a fair cup and then into each cup separately.
7. Tea tasting. When tasting tea, you should first smell the aroma of the tea leaves, and then taste the taste and taste of the tea soup. Pu'er tea has a strong taste, with a unique aged and medicinal aroma, which needs to be savored carefully.
8. Accept the glass and thank the guests.
After tasting the tea, clean and put away the tea set for the next use.
