Hello everyone, sisters!I'm Sister Lang, a snack expert in Vietnam. Today I'm going to reveal to you the world of Vietnamese food and let your taste buds have a blast here!

Vietnam, known as a "food paradise", has a rich and diverse food culture, and every dish is full of strong oriental flavors and fresh maritime flavors.

Vietnam, this Southeast Asian country is known worldwide for its rich and diverse cuisine. As a food blogger, I have had the privilege of exploring the world of Vietnamese cuisine and tasting many delicious dishes. In this article, I will introduce you to three Vietnamese dishes that impressed me.

1. Pho (PH).

Pho is one of the most popular traditional dishes in Vietnam. The dish consists of a clear broth, elongated rice noodles, and a variety of toppings such as beef fillets, fresh coriander, bean sprouts, and chili. When these ingredients are fused, the pho has a rich aroma that is mouth-watering.

In Vietnam, pho is a dish full of family warmth. Each family has their own unique recipe that is considered an heirloom. I once tasted a bowl of authentic pho at a small restaurant in Hanoi. The consommé is delicious, the rice noodles are creamy, and the combination of beef slices and coriander is perfect. This dish made me feel the love of food and the inheritance of traditional culture of Vietnamese people.

2. Vietnamese spring rolls (g i cu n).

Vietnamese spring rolls are a refreshing and tasty snack and one of the common delicacies on Vietnamese tables. It is made of paper-thin rice paper wrapped in tender vegetables, fresh seafood or fried chicken, and dipped in a special peanut butter or fish sauce.

I tried Vietnamese spring rolls at a street stall in Hanoi. The Vietnamese spring rolls here feature fresh shrimp, mint leaves, lettuce and crispy fried chicken as the main toppings. Each bite is filled with a refreshing taste and rich layering. The special peanut butter adds a unique aroma to the Vietnamese spring rolls that are unforgettable.

3. Fried rice noodles (bún ch).

Stir-fried rice noodles are a traditional dish of northern Vietnam, which consists of sautéed rice noodles, roast pork, and dipping sauce. The rice noodles of fried rice noodles are specially processed to give off a unique aroma and texture that complements the tender meat of roast pork. The dipping sauce is a mixture of fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar and chili peppers, and the taste is sweet and sour.

At a fried rice noodle stall in Hanoi, I tasted a bowl of authentic fried rice noodles. The aroma of fried rice noodles came to my nose, and the slightly charred rice noodles and the tender taste of roast pork made me feel the unique cooking skills and food culture of Vietnam.

The exploration of the world of Vietnamese food gave me a deeper understanding of Vietnam's traditional culture and food Xi. Pho, Vietnamese spring rolls, and fried rice noodles are the three dishes I tried on this tour, and they represent the culinary diversity and unique flavors of Vietnam. Each dish exudes a rich aroma and a unique taste that will leave you with a lingering aftertaste. If you have the opportunity to come to Vietnam, don't miss out on these delicacies, which will give you an unforgettable culinary journey.
