Room selection rules
1) The house selector shall select the house in order and the start time of the house selection announced in the housing selection announcement of the "Jiaozi Jingyu" Jinniu District Affordable Rental Housing (Star Rail Store) project. 2) The person who chooses the room enters the "Tianfu Citizen Cloud" APP to select the room in accordance with the time and order of the room selection announcement. Please try to complete the ** selection within 2 minutes, otherwise every 2 minutes will release a room selection person to enter the room selection page for simultaneous selection. Room selection process

Step 2: After the house inspection and selection are completed, Jiaozi Commercial Management Company will contact the intended tenant for house inspection according to the time arrangement. After the completion of the house inspection, both parties sign the house acceptance confirmation document.
Step 3: Contract SigningJiaozi Commercial Management Company will sign a housing lease contract with the intended tenant 2 days after the end of the house selection, and the intended tenant needs to sign the housing lease contract within 3 days after the completion of the house inspection, pay the rent, deposit, check in and other matters. Rent payments are made quarterly by prospective tenants. The property fee of the project is 6 yuan per square meter per month. The deposit is one month's rent. If the intended lessee fails to sign the lease contract within the specified time, it shall be deemed to have given up the project allocation.
