This year is the 27th year that He Shunlu has been engaged in the production of handmade noodles, the production site has moved from a "small workshop" to a spacious and bright "production workshop", and the sales channel has expanded from "offline" to "online + offline". 
He Shunlu, the person in charge of Gansu Weiyuan Xiang Food, said: "We have a total of 12 sets of processes from the beginning of processing to packaging finished products, and our noodles use tap water, salt and flour, without adding any additives, and taste good and strong." ”
Different from the atmosphere of the handmade noodles making workshop, the palace lamp production workshop is very lively, the workers have a clear division of labor, each performs its own duties, sewing cage sets, stringing skeletons, pulling gold bars to decorate, install accessories, and the red lanterns made are piled up, which is extremely gorgeous and festive. Yang Xiaoli, a newcomer to the palace lantern production, is pulling gold bars in an orderly manner, and she is very satisfied with this "new job" during the slack time. 
Yang Xiaoli, a villager from Mulin Village, Mulin Township, said: "I come to brush gold bars in my spare time, and I can brush about 100 gold bars a day, 8 cents a day, and my income is about 80 100 a day, which makes me feel very good." After the completion of the Mulin Township Farmers' Business Incubation Park, it attracted 7 workshops such as Chaoji Niu's "Belly Meat" Factory, Weiyuanxiang Handmade Noodles Factory, and Gongdeng Factory to settle in, establish and improve the interest connection mechanism, and adopt the "village collective + enterprise + farmer" model, with a total production of more than 50 tons of belly meat, and 120,000 catties, with a sales income of 3.14 million yuan, providing more than 200 jobs for the local people, and driving the steady increase in the collective economic income of the whole village.
