GH4090 is a nickel-chromium-cobalt precipitation hardening deformed superalloy with a service temperature of up to 920. The alloy contains a high content of cobalt and a variety of strengthening elements, and has high tensile strength, creep resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance in 815 870, and high fatigue strength and good processing and welding performance under the repeated alternation of cold and heat. Suitable for the manufacture of turbine discs, blades, high-temperature fasteners, clamps, seals and elastomeric components for aerospace turbine engines.
