GH2907 is a Fe-Ni-Co-based precipitation-hardening low-expansion deformation superalloy, which is comprehensively strengthened by the addition of niobium, titanium, silicon and trace boron. The alloy has high strength, low expansion coefficient, good cold and heat fatigue resistance, and the elastic modulus is almost unchanged below 650, and the Curie point is 400 -450. The coefficient of expansion of the alloy below the Curie point is basically unchanged. It is suitable for manufacturing various rings and casings for aviation and aerospace engines used below 650.

Extracted from HB Z 140, GJB 5261, HB 7682, Q'GYb 05067 and Q GYb 05069, there are two standard heat treatment regimes:

Regime A: 1040 15 l h ac or fast cooling +800 15 16h fc (55 h) 620 15 8h ac for brazed parts:

Regime B: 980 15 l h ac or fast cooling +775 15 16h FC (55 h) 620 15 8h AC, HB 375 302 for bars and rings.
