The full name of the "National Talent Program" is "International Outstanding Innovative Talent Cultivation Program". Xu Yunxia, director of the China Office of Davis University, said that the "National Talent Program" will actively practice the concept of "going out + bringing in" to cultivate Chinese young people in the new era with both international vision and family and country feelings.

Under the National Talent Program, Davis University entrusts Chinese universities to train students for 1 to 2 years to provide students with an immersive Xi experience, and upon completion of the program, they can obtain a certificate of completion from their home institution. On October 15, 2021, Davis University China Office was established in Beijing. As the only official functional operating unit of Davis University in China, the Davis University China Office is mainly responsible for the enrollment of Davis University in the Chinese market, as well as the cooperation and international exchange between Davis University and Chinese institutions and Southeast Asian countries.
Xu Yunxia introduced that at present, the China Office of Davis University has carried out inter-university cooperation and commissioned training with many domestic universities such as Peking University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Chongqing Industrial and Commercial College, etc. In addition to cooperating with domestic "985" colleges and universities to build commissioned training programs, Davis University China Office also cooperates with domestic vocational colleges to run schools in the program of post-secondary education and master's degree promotion, as well as helping vocational colleges to develop teacher training.
Xu Yunxia said that the launch of the "National Talent Program" responds to China's emphasis on the cultivation of international talents. Davis University's China Office controls the flow and study of students throughout the process. "Davis University's cooperative education program is not only external, but also hopes to introduce high-quality foreign students to China and achieve high-level talent flow through the construction of projects in other countries around the world.
