Since the beginning of this year, Fuyaping Community, Wangluyuan Street, Kaifu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, has focused on the above three aspects, innovated methods, paid attention to practical results, solidly promoted the construction of community democracy and rule of law, and maintained harmony and stability in the jurisdiction. As a typical community in the old city, Fuyaping community is guided by party building in view of the complex situation of personnel and outdated infrastructure in the jurisdiction, on the one hand, it strengthens the popularization of law for party members, and improves the awareness of party members and the masses to abide by the law and protect their legitimate rights and interests with the law in the form of propaganda columns, visits and studies, free legal consultation, etc.;On the other hand, a group of party and mass backbones are called on to form a "pioneer duty room" and "old secretary mediation team", using the reading tea house as a residents' self-governance platform, where the members of the "pioneer duty room" are on duty every day, and collect and process residents' opinions and suggestions on community construction in the three-order system mode of "mass ordering, duty room dispatching, and grid volunteer ordering", so as to ensure that the problems reflected by residents are echoed and settled. For conflicts and disputes between neighbors, the "old secretary mediation team" will go out to resolve conflicts and disputes with "neighborhood feelings" in a down-to-earth way, so that small disputes can be resolved in the community. Since the beginning of this year, the "veteran secretary mediation team" has mediated a total of 48 conflicts and disputes, with a mediation success rate of 100%. This year, when the community responded to the evacuation and danger removal work of a factory complex building of a D-level dilapidated house, it carried out a comprehensive plan for the overall work of vacating and removing danger in advance, conducted a detailed survey of the situation of the residents in the building, widely publicized the policies such as housing security and hardship subsidies in advance, and carried out a thorough investigation of possible emergencies in advance. "Four advances" to ensure that all 50 households of the project completed the contract within one month, and no group incidents occurred. When dealing with petition issues, the Fuyaping community integrates multiple resources and links various departments to play a "combination punch", so that the petitioners can not only exceed the norms, but also effectively solve their own problems, so as to improve the efficiency of resolving the remaining problems, maintain the authority of the law and social harmony and stability.
