Preliminary: The feet are spread apart, about the same width as the shoulders, the center of gravity is evenly distributed between the feet, the legs are slightly bent, the buttocks seem to sit on a high stool, the head is straight, the top is slightly upward, the lower jaw is slightly closed, the eyes are level ahead, the teeth are naturally closed, the shoulders are heavy, the elbows are bent in front of the abdomen, the fingers are naturally relaxed, the palms are down, and the fingers are forward.

1.Left virtual step pile: Starting from the preparatory pose, slowly turn the upper body to the left, keep the knee slightly bent, the center of gravity of the body is biased towards the right leg, and the left foot is gently lifted, while the palms of both hands are facing downward, and the arms are arcing outward (Picture 1), and then the palms are closed in front of the body (Picture 2).

Note: 1) Do not lean forward or backward with your upper body.

2) The palms of both hands are facing each other inward, and the fingertips of both palms are diagonally upward.

3) The tip of the left finger is slightly lower than the eye, and the right hand stops on the inside of the elbow joint of the left arm.

4) The center of gravity of the body is biased towards the right leg, the knee joint is slightly bent, the left toe is raised, and the heel lands on the ground.

2.Right virtual step pile: Slowly retract the left foot, parallel to the right foot, keep shoulder-width apart, turn the body to the right, the center of gravity of the body is biased towards the left leg, and gently lift the right foot while the palms are facing downward, and the arms are arcing outward (Picture 3), and then the palms are closed in front of the body (Picture 4).
