On the basis of the normalized publicity work, all units of the sub-bureau carried out key publicity on key areas and groups of people prone to anti-fraud, especially in-depth colleges and universities in the jurisdiction to carry out point-to-point accurate publicity, build a strong firewall, enhance the awareness of anti-fraud and anti-fraud, and play a good publicity effect and social effect.
In view of the fact that there are many universities in Hunnan District, the Hunnan Branch has taken the student group as the key target to carry out anti-fraud propaganda work. The sub-bureau has established a contract responsibility system for community police and university departments to jointly carry out anti-fraud propaganda work, and uses the first five minutes of class to carry out anti-fraud propaganda. The community police went deep into various faculties and departments to carry out face-to-face and accurate publicity for students, and carried out targeted anti-fraud propaganda for college students in response to the types, methods and preventive measures of high-incidence frauds such as rebate fraud, fake pornography fraud, fraud impersonating classmates and friends, game transaction fraud, and impersonating customer service fraud on college campuses.
Every day, community police officers enter university campuses to carry out anti-fraud propaganda, and carry out full-coverage, face-to-face and accurate publicity for students in all faculties and classes, so as to further enhance the anti-fraud awareness and actual combat ability of all teachers and students. In order to do a good job in the anti-fraud propaganda work of students, the anti-fraud center of the Hunnan Branch, the community auxiliary police of the local police station and the sinking police force of the municipal bureau go to the university campus every week to carry out the police-school alliance and campus fraud-free publicity activities, distribute anti-fraud leaflets to students and campus employees, explain anti-fraud knowledge, and guide the registration of the National Anti-fraud Center APP, so as to help students improve their awareness of prevention and build a solid campus anti-fraud "firewall".
