It is reported that at about 13:40 on December 11, the airport police station of the Phoenix Airport Branch received a report from the crew, saying that on a flight to Sanya on the same day, a passenger was smoking in the toilet of the plane. After receiving the report, the police on duty at the airport police station immediately rushed to the airport tarmac.
At about 14:29, after the flight landed smoothly, the police officer on duty Li Zhe summoned the offender Zhao Moupeng to the police station for investigation in accordance with the law.
After investigation, at about 12:45 on December 11, Zhao Moupeng took the flight to Sanya, and during the flight, Zhao Moupeng entered the bathroom to smoke, but fortunately was discovered by the safety officer on the flight in time.
At about 1:50 on December 16, the airport police station of the Phoenix Airport Branch received a report from the airport command center that a passenger was smoking in the toilet of the plane on a Hu***4 flight to Sanya.
