On December 5, the trade union work exchange and cooperation meeting of the three provinces and one district in Northeast China was held in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. At the meeting, the three provinces and one region in Northeast China had in-depth exchanges on the work of trade unions, reviewed and signed the "Framework Agreement on the Coordination Mechanism of Trade Unions in Three Northeast Provinces and One District", and negotiated and determined the cooperation projects to promote the coordinated development of the industrial chain and the integrated development of culture, sports and tourism in 2024.
The purpose of the meeting is to solidly promote the exchange and cooperation of trade unions in the three provinces and one region in Northeast China, and to show the greater responsibility and action of the trade union organizations in the three provinces and one region in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era.
The work coordination mechanism of trade unions in the three provinces and one region in Northeast China includes the mechanism of work symposiums, the communication and consultation mechanism of leaders in charge of the trade union office, and the counterpart contact mechanism of relevant functional departments of the trade union. Starting this year, in principle, trade unions in various regions will hold a symposium once a year to exchange the work of trade unions in various regions according to the theme of the meeting, and coordinate with the key work arrangements of trade unions in various regions. Before the annual symposium is held, summarize the collaborative work of the previous year, and discuss the ideas, priorities and methods of the trade union work cooperation this year. The relevant functional departments of the trade unions in all regions shall establish a normalized contact mechanism, make suggestions for collaborative cooperation projects, promote the implementation of the consensus reached at the work symposium, exchange work experience and experience, and improve the quality of trade union work.
The framework agreement stipulates that the four parties will cooperate in five aspects in the future, including coordinating the ideological and political guidance of employees, jointly carrying out activities for the workers to make contributions to their careers, jointly promoting the quality and efficiency of trade union rights protection services, strengthening the linkage of maintaining political security in the labor field, and strengthening work exchanges between trade union cadres.
