Hello everyone, I'm the second brother.
I have shared a lot of posts from Internet companies and state-owned enterprise banks before, and recently I have received some inquiries about outsourcing companies in the planet, which roughly means: Second brother, I have an average education, and I am not so good, and I only get some offers from outsourcing companies.
Then I believe that there are still friends who have similar confusion, and I have also made a small statistic in the comment area of the article before, and nearly 30% of the partners who think that they can be satisfied by getting a small company or outsourcing offer.
In fact, it is easy to understand, because everyone's family background, educational environment, learning Xi talents, etc., are very different, so the choice will be different.
The second brother combined some information on the Internet, counted a wave of domestic and foreign outsourcing company lists, and listed the salary of some positions through boss direct recruitment, I put it in the "J**a Interview Guide" column, you can take a look, longitudinal comparison, or put your working years, region, salary "right seat" to know which outsourcing company gives good treatment.
This list basically counts all the well-known outsourcing companies in China, a total of 141, such as iSoftStone and Chinasoft are on the list. On the list, they are basically the outsourcing companies with the best salaries in China.
I don't have statistics on the outsourcing of some large manufacturers, such as Huawei OD, Digital Horsepower, Tencent Cloud Intelligence, etc., because I think that for those who have the ability to go to large factories but lack some heat, the outsourcing of these large factories can be directly rushed.
The requirements are not low, and the salary is quite considerable, and the technical atmosphere is not bad.
At the same time, there are several key information in this list that need to be synchronized with everyone, such as work experience, salary, technical requirements, etc.
Most outsourcing companies do not recruit fresh graduates, and there are very few positions with less than 1 year of work experience, and most of them start with 3-5 years of work experience.
That's not to say that outsourcing companies don't hire fresh graduates, but there are some special circumstances, as far as I know, some courses will require participants to clearly indicate that they have 3 years of work experience when writing their resumes.
If you write according to your actual situation, it is incompatible with the requirements of the training course, and even the training course will have unwritten rules, you have to submit 100 resumes a day, and if you do not meet the standards, the teacher will also be "impressed" by you.
It is very difficult for some truth-seeking partners, and the hurdle in their hearts cannot be passed, and they feel a lot of pressure when they have 0 work experience and have to write for 3 years.
In fact, I suggest that you try to write according to your own mind, and write truthfully, there was also a golfer who participated in the training class before, and she was asked to write for three years, and she had serious mental internal friction, and she threw a lot of resumes and finally fell into the sea.
I was depressed for a long time and didn't come out, but then after the persuasion of my second brother, I completely opened my heart knot, and after a period of hard work, I finally got a good offer, see the following post:
Finally, the offer is in hand and it is time to move on to the next level.
City, education, and working years are all key factors that affect salary, and it has nothing to do with outsourcing, and the same is true for regular employees.
I'll post a few briefs, so you can feel it:
CLP Jinxin, J**A Development Engineer - Bank, 12-18K, 3-5 years, Bachelor's degree, Chengdu Deco, IT technical support 5-6K, less than 1 year, junior college, Shenyang Hilong Software, Senior Software Engineer to Japan 10-15K, 3-5 years, junior college, Wuxi SIE, J**A Engineer 16-22K, 5-10 years, junior college, Shenzhen Career International, J**A Development Engineer (microservice distributed development) 15-30K·16 salary, 3-5 years, undergraduate, Shenzhen Shenzhou Tongyu, senior j**a development engineer 6-9k, Luoyang, more than 10 years, college iSoftStone, Beijing j**a15-17k, 3-5 years, junior college, Beijing For the first-tier city of Shenzhen, the salary of outsourcing is really not less, and the distributed development of microservices can get up to 30k, and there are nearly 500,000 a year.
But for the third-tier city of Luoyang, 10 years of senior J**A engineers can get a maximum of 9K, to be honest, it is not an exaggeration at all, it is rare for third-tier cities to get 10K.
Therefore, if you want to work in software development and want to get a high salary, first-tier cities are a must. If you compare it vertically, you will know which outsourcing company gives you higher treatment.
Take a more practical example, for example, the 11th company in the list, Yonyou Financial, is a subsidiary of Yonyou Group, 3-5 years of work experience can be opened to 17-21k, I think the salary is not bad, let's take a look at the job requirements.
J**A has a solid foundation, such as IO, multi-threading, JVM, and abstract encapsulation; Proficient in using Spring family buckets, such as SSM, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, etc., and try to master the life cycle of AOP, IOC, BEAN, starter mechanism, etc., familiar with MySQL and Redis, familiar with Linux, mainly shell scripts and operation commands, convenient for deploying projects in the production environment, analyzing bugs, etc., which is basically the four major pieces of J**A backend that the second brother has been emphasizing to everyone+Linux, there is nothing wrong with it, outsourcing companies generally rarely test the basic knowledge of algorithms and computers, and focus on a person who can work and produce performance.
