Taking China Securities Construction Investment ** as an example, in order to better serve customers holding foreigners' permanent residence permits, China Securities Construction Investment** officially launched the online account opening service for foreigner permanent residence permit customers on its Dragonfly Dianjin APP, and customers can self-service A-share ** account opening business without leaving home, and enjoy a new experience of opening an account easily and conveniently. Before opening an account, permanent residence permit customers should prepare: the original foreigner's permanent residence permit;Bank debit card, which is used to bind a third-party depository (only domestic bank debit cards issued with a foreigner's permanent residence permit are supported);Turn on camera, voice, and geolocation permissions (easy to upload documents, ** authentication, and obtain nearby account opening business offices).

On December 1, 2023, the new version of the permanent residence ID card for foreigners of the People's Republic of China was officially issued and put into use. The National Immigration Administration of China, in conjunction with relevant departments, will vigorously promote the adaptation and upgrading of application systems, facilities and equipment in relevant industries and fields, so as to facilitate the use of permit holders in public services, government services and Internet platforms such as transportation, living expenses, financial communications, etc.

It is worth noting that not all Chinese brokerages have launched this feature at present. The reporter learned by consulting the customer service of relevant brokerages that brokerages including CITIC**, Huatai**, Guoxin**, China Merchants**, and Galaxy** have not yet opened the function.
