Based on GB T50448-2008 "Technical Specification for the Application of Cement-based Grouting Materials", the grouting materials are divided into four categories according to their fluidity

The initial value of the specified fluidity of Class I grout is 380mm

The initial value of the specified fluidity of the similar grout is 340mm

The initial value of the specified fluidity of the similar grout is 300mm

The initial value of the specified fluidity of Class IV grout is 270mm

Fluidity means the degree of concrete slump, which must be tested with professional and accurate measuring equipment. The compressive strength is 20MPa for one day, 40MPa for three days, and 60MPa for 28 days.

According to the provisions of GB T50448-2008 "Technical Specification for the Application of Cement-based Grouting Materials", grouts are divided into four categories, with fluidity as the classification standard. Specifically, the initial flow value of Class I grout is specified as 380 mm, Class Type Grouting is specified as 340 mm, Class Type Grouting is specified as 300 mm, and Class IV grout is specified as 270 mm.
