It's not that knowledge is useless, it's boring. Why is it boring, because most people face this dilemma: without this knowledge, you can't use it in a real environment;Without it, you don't know how useful this knowledge is.
Some people say that you can create a situation.
For example, I'm going to take a student to turn on a motor today. Anyone with a little professional knowledge knows that the industrial motor is not just a push of the switch, but a step by step increase the speed. I take the students, fix the circuit, and then demonstrate how to do it, and then the students practice, and then analyze the principle. This is real enough, right?
When that's done, I'm afraid half or more of the students will think, "Am I going to do this in the future?"
Many of the remaining students will think: just follow these steps, why talk so much?
So, when I analyze why the circuit was designed the way it is, what happened in the whole process, and why something went wrong, will anyone still listen?
More practical, less theoretical, OK. But don't be angry in the future, other people's wages will be higher than yours. If something goes wrong, people have a good theoretical foundation, can they check out what the problem is, and if they are better, they can figure out how to solve it, why is the salary lower than that of a person who can only operate step by step?
If you need someone else to excite you, all I can say is that many times, these are the ones who are eliminated.
