Recently, the 9th Zu'an Family Cuisine Food Festival opened in Chaling, attracting hundreds of diners from Hunan and Jiangxi to participate in the meeting.

The launching ceremony kicked off with the opening dance "Only This Green" performance, and then, a table of special ancestral dishes made a stunning appearance, which was mouth-watering, and the deliciousness went straight to the nose and taste buds of the guests, allowing the participants to experience a gluttonous feast, revisiting the historical background when appreciating the dishes, and inheriting the classic culture in the taste of food. The traditional handmade tea skills of "Lijiang tea" are the intangible cultural heritage of Zhuzhou City.

It is understood that the food festival lasts for 3 days, with the theme of "Chaling Tea and Zuan Cuisine". The food festival was held simultaneously in the four places of Lijiang Tea Company (main venue), Zu'an Cuisine *** Workers' and Peasants' Soldiers' Canteen, and Zu'an Cuisine Cultural Park, and for the first time, it adopted the mode of private government assistance, market operation, and meeting to raise the meeting, integrating the red culture, historical culture, and traditional culture of Hunan and Jiangxi, and creating a feast of "food + culture + tourism + industry", so as to promote the culture of Zu'an's cuisine, strengthen the interconnection of cultural tourism in Hunan and Jiangxi, and expand the influence of Zu'an's cuisine in driving the tea tomb and the agricultural and sideline products of Hunan and Jiangxi.
